Enjoy yoga at the beach on 118 Street, located just north of the Carousel Hotel. Morning yoga is as follows: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 7:30 AM. Evening yoga is Sunday at 5 PM, and Tuesday, Friday and Saturday 7 PM.
